Create CHM from Screenshots
Very simple FREE Help Authoring Tool. Creates CHM help file from screenshots and plain text annotations.
Installation
- Download and unzip createchmfromscreenshots.zip
- Install htmlhelp.exe
- Run createchmfromscreenshots.exe and follow the instructions.
Usage
- Create screenshots with your favorite screenshot capture tool (SnagIt or Screenshot Captor for example)
- Add screenshots using "+" button on the toolbar.
- Write some text for topics and assign keywords.
- Click "Compile CHM" button.
Helpinator 3 compatibility
This tool uses Helpinator 3 project format (*.hpz) to store project data. You can upgrade to Helpinator 3 at any time and continue your work with more advanced features of Helpinator.
